Refund Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Admin/Accounts Office within 3 days of enrollment completion. The request should include the student’s enrollment/registration number, payment amount, date, and mode of payment (with a copy of the receipt).
Refunds will be processed based on the date of the first class, regardless of attendance. The final decision on refunds rests solely with the management.
Payment and Refunds
For card/net banking/UPI payments, refunds will be issued to the original account within 7 business days.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to admission, eligibility, fees, or refunds will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai legal laws.
